Upon doing research for an upcoming piece I plan on writing about LA-based musician Gregory Rogove, I stumbled upon this incredible short film by directors Andrew Wilding and George Augusto. Scored by Rogove and minimalist composer John Adams, ANIMA is an extremely haunting and nostalgic film that plays out in a dream-like sequence. It was released in 2013 and features a track from Rogove's record PIANA (released in 2011 on Knitting Factory Records).
